Tatsu Updated

Ack! It's been forever since I last drew Tatsu! How could I abandon an old favorite like him?! He was my first male superhero oc and hasn't really seen a lot of love, so of course I had to give him a nice redraw since Blur stole the spotlight.
I'll need to make a comic for him too sometime.
